Collaboration between companies and research in Italy? Starting from today scenario more and more possible

Collaboration between research and companies, almost impossible in the past, is also emerging and growing in Italy!

Thanks to the PNRR, with an investment of 4.3 billion allocated with competitive procedures, universities, research centers and companies have been started, since the beginning of the year, activities to:

  1. create 5 national centers for research in the supply chain
  2. create 11 ecosystems of innovation at a territorial level
  3. build or strengthen 49 research and innovation infrastructures

Companies and research centers have therefore begun to collaborate on scientific problems concerning: biodiversity, agritech, sustainable mobility, gene therapy, simulations, calculation and analysis of high-performance data.
