Dompé
Dompé is one of the main Italian biopharmaceutical companies and is engaged in the primary care sectors, i.e. drugs available in pharmacies, as well as supplements and medical devices, and biotech, i.e. therapies for the treatment of rare diseases for which there is still no cure. .
The company was founded in 1940 and is the result of active pharmaceutical production since the end of the nineteenth century. It was born in Milan, where its headquarters are still located today, but it has expanded to the four corners of the globe, with branches from the United States to China, for a total of three hundred research centers.
Within the project Dompé will contribute to the definition of the Roadmap of the National Competence Center, to the setting of the Governance structure, to the definition of measures to support and increase effective cooperation between industry and academia at national and international level, as well as training requirements and growth of skills in the field of HPC / Artificial Intelligence and Big Data.
It will also support the Competence Center in disseminating the project and giving visibility to all the initiatives and training courses offered within the project
