On May 10th, at the Cineca headquarters in Bologna, an in-depth event on technological innovation is scheduled. The meeting is entitled ” Nuove tecnologie per l’innovazione e per i media: dal supercalcolo all’intelligenza artificiale”. The event is part of IAB Next – Osservatorio Innovazione, the innovation hub of IAB Italy, and represents an important moment of discussion during which the most important scenarios opened by supercomputing technologies will be illustrated, with particular reference to the industrial and productive world.
On these specific topics – that is, the potential offered by the transfer of HPC and AI in the manifacturing world – Eric Pascolo (HPC Cineca and Project Leader of EuroCC Italy) will make a dedicated speech. Among the speakers, there will be Antonella Guidazzoli (Head of Visual Information Lab – Cineca) with a speech entitled “Ai e Beni culturali: le esperienze Cineca”, Marco Becca (IFAB Director) and Sergio Amati (IAB Italy Observatory).
